Client personality assessment for personal trainers
A client personality assessment for personal trainers should answer one question above all: how do I coach the person in front of me?
Most intake forms collect goals, injury history, and schedule. Useful, but none of it tells you how a client takes feedback, what keeps them showing up, or what happens to their consistency when work gets heavy or family life is on the ropes. The Read measures that side of the client and puts it in your hands before the first session.
What it measures
The Read is grounded in the Big Five personality model, along with attachment style and motivation type. For each client, you get a plain-language report covering how they respond to feedback and correction, what actually motivates them versus what only sounds motivating, how they tend to act under stress, the communication style they'll hear best, and the early signs that they're pulling away.
How it works
You send your client a link. They answer a set of questions honestly on their own time, and two reports land by email: your client gets a version written for them, and you get the pro version with the coaching guidance in it. No certification course, no interpretation manual. You read it in ten minutes and coach differently that day. If you want to see what that looks like from the client's side, that is the personality test for personal training clients.
What it costs
Plans start at $19.99 a month for 10 reads. Every new account starts with 2 free reads, so you can run it with real clients before paying anything.
"I find my clients currently fill out the questionnaire but it doesn't help me figure out how to communicate with them the way this assessment would. It was dead on too."
