Why I built The Read
I work predominantly with active people who have chronic back pain. Living with something so debilitating can sink deep into a person and alter their sense of self, identity, and the role they play in their family and at work. On top of that all of my clients are remote. It's hard enough to sift through the signals you get from a client who has incorporated their condition into their identity. It's even harder when you work remotely and only get a tenth of the signal you'd get in person. So I built the tool I wanted: something that would cut through the noise and help me crack the code of my clients' operating manual so I could do my best work for them from day one instead of weeks of trial and error.
That's why I built The Read as a client personality assessment for personal trainers.
